Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team.
As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in the development and education of young children.
You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide a variety of learning opportunities to promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a preschool or early childhood education setting
- Strong behavior management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with literacy education for young children
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
Skills:
- Experience working with children in a preschool or early childhood education setting
- Strong behavior management skills to create a positive classroom environment
- Effective communication skills to interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies to support children's development
- Familiarity with literacy education for young children to promote language skills
- Ability to implement physical education activities for gross motor skill development
- Experience in toddler care to meet the unique needs of younger children
