(Summer Adventures in Learning) for program participants (3rd-5th grades), with emphasis in reading and math -Facilitate initial placement pre-testing (STAR) and post-testing for growth measurements -Facilitate the lessons Monday-Thursday from 9AM-12PM for a 6 week period during the club's summer program - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment at the Boys and Girls Club - Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students -Oversee academic progress of participants in reading and mathematics -Oversee character development through one-on-one and small group sessions Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field - Valid teaching certification/license - Proven experience as a Teacher or student teaching experience - Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $25.
