TITLE: Principal - Pelham Park Middle School
Reports To: Superintendent or Supervisors as designated by the Superintendent
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must pass appropriate background
Must have the physical ability, aptitude, and skills to complete all duties related to the job.
Valid Alabama teacher certification; administrative certification with 3-5 years of successful classroom experience.
Secondary Experience is preferred.
Meet the requirements as set by State of Alabama certification

Job Description:
Answers directly to Superintendent
Carries out all duties related to job as assigned by Superintendent
Oversees personnel and programs as assigned by Superintendent
Administers, improves, and maintains all programs and activities within school
Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and ethics, working cooperatively with the Board, the Superintendent, central office staff, certificated and non-certificated personnel, parents, students, and community.
