In this position, you start as a Cosmetology or Nail instructor at a pay *rate of $19*, along with *great benefits* (after a 90-day probationary period) such as health, dental, vision, paid federal holidays, and paid time off.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cosmetology or Nail Instructor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology and education, with the ability to educate and inspire future beauty professionals.
*\*\*Responsibilities:\*\**
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in various cosmetology subjects including hair coloring, hair styling, hair extensions.
Nail Instructor
- Provide hands-on instruction to students in techniques such as hair coloring, hair styling, hair extensions, and more.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- General Knowledge on using computer software and internet
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques to enhance the curriculum.
*\*\*Experience:\*\**
- Previous experience working as a Cosmetology or Nail Instructor, preferably 2 years of experience.
For candidates with less than 2 years of experience the start pay rate may be negotiated.
- Proficiency in classroom management and adult education techniques.
- Strong knowledge and skills in various cosmetology areas including hair coloring, hair styling, hair extensions, etc.
for Cosmetology instructor position and for Nail instructor position, strong knowledge and skills in teaching how to Apply gel, acrylics, or other nail enhancements, nail treatments such as nail shaping, cuticle care, moisturizing treatments, etc.
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Ability to educate and motivate students towards achieving their career goals.
