Gymnastics or gymnastics coaching experience is required for Team coaching.
We offer paid training but you would need a fundamental understanding to start in this position.
Wednesdays and Fridays required September to May.
Mondays and Wednesdays required June to August.
Additional days available.
Responsibilities include:
* managing time
* being a positive role model
* inspiring gymnasts
* showing up for scheduled shifts
* arriving on time
* being reliable, responsible, and dedicated
* being positive, cheerful, supportive, and encouraging
* leading warmups and stretches for some of the classes
* teaching vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and/or floor exercise skills, drills, and conditioning
* improving gymnast technique, form, and routines
* being organized and proactive
* possibly attend meets
* cleaning gymnastics equipment
* attending staff training
* working some events
