*General Job Description:*
Abrakadoodle, the leading children's art education program, is seeking creative and enthusiastic part-time art teachers and assistants.
Join a company with teachers who are passionate about teaching art and inspiring creativity and imagination in children!
Hours are very part-time and can range from 5-25 hours per week.
Typically, enrichment classes are offered during the academic school year, Monday through Friday, sometime between 2:30-5:00 pm.
Start times vary because they take place at the host school immediately following dismissal for an hour class.
We service a variety of locations to include classes at elementary schools and community centers.
We also host summer camps, art parties for children and adults, as well as offer professional face painting and glitter tattoos for events all over the city.
Access to reliable transportation is necessary; the position requires travel to schools within the Hoover area.
You will be provided with training, fine arts supplies, and a proprietary standards-based curriculum.
