Infant/Toddler Floater Teacher

LifeChurch Learning Center is looking for a Floater Teacher for Infants and Toddlers.
Responsibilities for Infant / Toddler Floater: Provide a safe and loving environment for the infants in his/their care.
Give bottles to infants as provided by parents.
Feed infants solid foods as age-appropriate and provided by parents.
Change diapers as needed.
Soothe infants by singing to and cuddling them.
Supervise infants on the floor as they play with age-appropriate toys.
Put infants and toddlers in cribs for nap time.
Ensure play, sleep, and changing areas are kept clean.
Cleaning areas throughout the day including closing down rooms at the end of the day.
Qualifications for Infant / Toddler Floater: Meet annual professional development requirements, per state regulations.
Ability to pass a background check.
A caring individual who enjoys teaching young children.
Able to lift to 30 pounds.
Extended periods sitting on the floor.
Reliable transportation to the Child Care center.
Great customer service skills to communicate effectively with parents.
Obtain a Tuberculosis skin test.
Monday-Friday: Options for shift hours are as follows: 8 am to 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch break) 42.
5 hours per week 9 am - 6 pm (1-hour lunch break) 40 hours per week.
2 pm - 6 pm (part-time) 20 hours per week.
