```Duties:```
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children of various ages
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to play and learn
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor play
- Prepare meals and snacks for children, ensuring they are nutritious and suitable for any dietary restrictions
- Assist with homework and educational activities
- Maintain a clean and organized space for the children's belongings
- Follow parents' instructions regarding routines, discipline, and any specific care needs
- Monitor children's behavior and address any issues or concerns in a calm and appropriate manner
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times

- Previous experience in childcare, caregiving, daycare, or nannying
- Ability to interact with children of different ages and adapt to their individual needs
- Knowledge of child development stages and ability to provide age-appropriate care
- Familiarity with basic first aid procedures and ability to respond calmly in emergency situations
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with both children and parents/guardians
- Reliable transportation to commute to the family's location
- Flexibility in working hours, as some evenings or weekends may be required
