Registered Behavior Technician in the ABA Department
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide quality 1:1 instruction to ABA clients
* Teach individualized goals identified in the treatment plan
* Utilize DTT, NET, and mand training
* Utilize ABA teaching procedures (e.
g.
pairing, demand fading, reinforcement, shaping, prompting, error correction, etc.
)
* Prepare teaching materials, note cards, datasheets, and reinforcers
* Implement behavior intervention plans
* Record objective session data to reflect the client’s progress
* Abides by the RBT Code of Ethics
* Maintain RBT log based on BACB guidelines
* Communicate clearly and in a professional manner to coworkers and supervisors regarding student needs, personal needs, questions, interventions, schedules, and conflicts.
Reports to
* Supervisor/BCBA in their designated department
* ABA Admin team
Requirements:
* Maintain Registered Behavior Technician certification
Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
* Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred
* Experience working with children preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.
00 - $17.
50 per hour
