Cook for Childcare Facility

Childcare Center seeking experienced cook for kitchen duties of preparing breakfast, lunch and snack.
Hours are 7:00 am- noon.
We will consider a cook for breakfast clean up, prepare lunch and snack hours 8:00-Noon.
Prefer someone who has experience in Childcare facility and must have commercial kitchen experience cooking and serving meals.
Experience in a cafeteria would be perfect.
Must already have a Jefferson County Food Handlers Certificate that is not expired.
ServeSafe is a plus.
Duties will include kitchen inventory and stocking food orders.
Cleaning all commercial kitchen appliances and some cleaning ( foyer, hall restroom and hallway) outside of the kitchen will be required.
Menus are already in place and are served on a rotating basis.
Must undergo a criminal background check, medical screening and TB screening.
Must have training as required by DHR.
We can assist you in obtaining your training.
This part time job would be perfect for a retired school, college or retail cafeteria worker.
Pay scale is $14-$16 per hour.
Experience is required.
