### Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team.

### Duties: - Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities - Create a safe and inclusive learning environment - Provide individualized attention and support to each child - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development - Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's progress - Maintain accurate records of each child's growth and development - Monitor and assess student progress through observation and assessment tools - Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior - Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students ### Qualifications: - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children - Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred) If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children and are dedicated to their growth and development, we encourage you to apply for this position.
