Daycare Staff Professional

Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum - Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities - Monitor children's behavior and enforce positive discipline techniques - Ensure the daycare is clean, organized, and well-maintained - Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain proper documentation Qualifications: - Previous experience working with children in a daycare, childcare, or similar setting - Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities - Ability to manage behavior and create a positive learning environment - First aid and CPR certification preferred - Familiarity with special education needs is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Skills: - Behavior management - Babysitting - Experience working with students - First aid - Nannying - Infant care - Childcare - Daycare - Special education - Childhood development Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.
