Primary Hours:
- Primarily Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to promote positive interactions
- Assist with basic needs such as feeding, diapering, and toileting
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children, such as nannying, daycare, or preschool experience
- Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to manage behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and infant care techniques
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
