Things I am not interested in: showtunes, soundtracks, compilations, easy listening.
I also avoid anything on the Angel label.
Things I AM interested in: Classical composers (Bach, Schumann, Strauss, Mozart, Beethoven, Haydn, Handel, etc), German / British / Japanese pressings, labels like Decca / Telefunken / Loiseau Lyre / Deutsche Grammophone / Mercury / RCA Living Stereo / Archiv / Hungaroton / Harmonia Mundi
I also collect Jazz like Impulse / Blue Note / Black Jazz / Verve pressings and artists like Davis / Coltrane (Alice and John) / Monk / Horace Silver / Mingus / Rollins / Hancock / etc.
I will pay top dollar for good condition albums that are typically donated to thrift stores or tossed in the dumpster.
