ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS and DUTIES Gather customer information to ensure we can effectively connect with our new construction/resale customers Initiate calls with new customers and executes The Waynes Way for scheduling a welcome visit Set the table for new customer introductions through Welcome Specialist Represent the Waynes Brand and make a world-class “first” impression Schedule welcome visits with a focus on maximizing Welcome Specialist efficiency Communicate effectively to accomplish targeted objectives at both individual and Service Center levels Execute other retention activity like 10-month retention calls for termite, mosquito renewal activations, select lawn, pest, T&S, and mosquito quality care calls Track agreements expiring and contact customers for renewals Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance with a consistent presence at the office, on job sites, and all pertinent meetings SPECIAL EQUIPMENT Must possess the ability to use computers and other required technology. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS / SCHEDULE Long hours on the telephone and personal contact with Team Members, Leadership, Sales Team and Builder and other Customers. This position requires the ability to work full-time, five days per week, and approximately 8-10 hours per day. REQUIRED PHYSICAL and MENTAL DEMANDS Requires constant, seeing, mental alertness, and hearing. Requires constant use of telephone, computer and other technology associated. Must have the ability to communicate clearly. Must be able to perform essential job functions in an environment that will sometimes include increased levels of work-related stress.
