Job Description As the Key Account Executive at Daxko, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our solution suite for our esteemed Key Accounts. Your primary objective will be to deeply understand the evolving market dynamics of your clients, discern their specific requirements, and orchestrate the integration of our distinct suite of solutions through a consultative approach. Your mission will be to guide these accounts towards embracing a retail mindset through cutting-edge technology, crafting an effortlessly smooth experience for their members and end-users alike. Qualifications Demonstrates unwavering accountability Driven by ambition, competitiveness, and a relentless pursuit of goals Proficient in active listening, meticulous planning, and decisive action-taking Demonstrated success in crafting and executing comprehensive account plans and sales strategies Maintains a high level of proficiency in the sales process and product knowledge, with a commitment to ongoing learning Exceptional communication skills across verbal, written, and presentation platforms Exhibits an exemplary work ethic, committed to delivering results from start to finish Strong time management and organizational abilities Balances independence with effective teamwork Skilled at prospecting within relationship-driven opportunities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Seven (7) to nine (9) years of B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of surpassing quotas Five (5+) or more years of sales experience in the Software/Technology sector Experience with Salesforce.com In your day to day you will: Drive the formulation and implementation of sales strategies, consistently surpassing sales revenue and activity targets. Foster and cultivate relationships with established Key Account clientele, uncovering new avenues for expansion and revenue enhancement through personalized service and strategic consultation. Maintain an in-depth comprehension of customers' product suites, effectively communicating the holistic value proposition. Craft compelling proposals and align our software/services with the unique needs of each customer. Demonstrate boldness in prospecting within existing relationships while actively pursuing new revenue opportunities. Lead the development of meticulous account strategies, identifying and nurturing growth prospects to optimize sales potential with strategic clientele. Design and execute go-to-market strategies centered on delivering tangible value to end customers, utilizing presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions. Address Key Accounts' primary pain points and provide tailored solutions that align with their budget and implementation capabilities. Ensure the successful renewal of existing customer contracts for key accounts. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Key Account Management, Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support, to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction, success, adoption, and contract renewals. Navigate negotiations of varying complexities to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for Daxko and the customer.
