*REGIONAL SALES MANAGER * The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned region.
This role will staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth, in line with company vision and values.
In addition, they will establish sales plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for our Account Executives.
* Conduct daily one-on-one debriefs with all Account Executives to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executives sales activity performance * Conduct 2-3 field rides per week with Account Executives to coach, develop and improve sales skills * Provide daily follow-up on leads.

* Assist Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations * Conduct productive weekly sales meetings and sales training meetings focused on skill development and improving performance (Monday, Team Meeting, Friday Regional Meeting) * Using Sales KPI’s, ensure that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments and proposals and debrief in detail with Account Executives weekly * We will use the KPI to make sure all account Executives are exceeding goal and have meet goals for the week, Bi-monthly and Month * Set a strong example for Account Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits * Annually, develop a Regional Sales and Marketing Plan that supports Knox Pest Control Plan and integrates campaigns, lead generation activities, and target account management * Develop and support Account Executives quarterly sales action plans and redirect activities to ensure performance * Send Web lead Generation report on Mondays (Weekly) * Provide growth, oversight and clear communications with all DM’s to insure successful sales plan for each office.
* Ensure all Account Executives are meeting minimum daily require proposals.
* Identify best practices, cost savings, and improved customer service initiatives * Maintain technical industry knowledge and operations management to provide general pest, termite, mosquito, etc.
Training to all staff.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills within all levels of the business.
· Provide a calendar each month noting who they will be conducting ride a longs with and on what dates.
Required Experience: 5 Years of Pest Control Management Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.
00 - $100,000.
