*Responsibilities*:
*Generate Sales Leads: *Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the thriving energy efficiency sector through lead generation, networking, and market research.
*Customer Consultation: *Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insulation needs for residential, commercial, and multifamily properties.
*Proposal Development: *Create and present customized insulation solutions to clients, addressing their specific requirements and budget considerations.
*Negotiation and Closing: *Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
*Relationship Building: *Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
*Collaboration: *Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery.
*Qualifications:*
● Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or insulation industry.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to understand technical aspects of insulation and effectively communicate them to clients.
● Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
● Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
● Familiarity with residential, commercial, and multifamily construction processes is a plus.
