We are expanding in the Birmimgham, AL market and looking for an ambitious Home Improvement Sales Representative (confirmed appointments provided), with in home sales experience and knowledge of the construction or bathroom remodeling process.
Our reps are provided pre-qualified leads and confirmed appointments - no cold calling or appointment setting!
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities:
* In-home sales appointments with potential bath customers in Birmingham, Al and surrounding areas
* Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of 5 Star Bath Solutions' products , services, and processes
* Complete paperwork including contracts, financing documents, and scheduling information
* Maintain 100% customer satisfaction through all necessary follow-up and communications
* Particpate in weekly sales calls with the national team
Skills:
* Professional and results-driven
* Previous in-home sales strongly preferred
* Ability to communicate clearly and quickly develop trust with a variety of people
* Complete paperwork including contracts, financing documents, and scheduling information
* Ability to close deals using proven tools and solutions
* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
