Job Expectations * Perform cold calls and door-to-door sales * Execute lawn analysis * Assemble quotes and estimates * Answer phone calls and follow up with website leads * Create a pipeline through new and current customers * Call current customers to offer services Necessary Skills/Qualifications * Organizational skills * Building client portfolio * Computer, phone, and email skills * Ability to prospect for new customers * Ability to overcome objections * Meeting weekly sales targets Experience * Agronomic and pest knowledge (will teach) * Reliable transportation to work * Clean driving record Compensation * Salary is base plus commission.
