Description
This Internship is different! This will be an internship geared towards finding your strengths in Sales.
We want to help you find your passion in sales so that you can be more successful in the future.
During this internship, you will be exposed to a variety of inside sales, outside sales, high-level presentations, and sales analytics.
You will leave Onin with more answers to your career than when you came in! We are offering this opportunity in two key markets Birmingham, AL and Chicago, IL.
Our program is designed to help you learn where your strengths are by letting you take a test drive within different areas of our business.
This allows you to make smart decisions as you decide what direction you want to take in your career.
That means doing things like:
Using high-level access to each department at The Ōnin Group to build relationships with people in key functional and technical groups.
Building those critical social skills by getting involved in a team-based project and working with key leaders at The Ōnin Group.
Learning how we’ve been successful in acquiring clients and building operational excellence by immersing yourself in our processes and knowledge.
Shadowing our top sales drivers in key markets.
Complete a state-of-the-art sales training program
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree
Minimum 3.
0 GPA
Personal values that align with Ōnin’s Core Values (Integrity, Service, Innovation, & Performance)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to commute to one of three markets: Birmingham, AL, Chicago, IL, and Dallas, TX.
Major/Concentration
Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, and other related business majors with an interest in sales.
Schedule
The Ōnin Internship program is a 9-week program from May 29th - July 26th.
Working hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 am -4 pm.
