I like a quiet house and looking for ONE roommate, so no couples or sleep overs.
No pets and no smoking, not even outside.
Parking for one car (driveway is super small) and HOA prohibits street parking.
Rent is $850.
/mo and includes utilities providing you shut off lights when you leave the room or house.
House also has wifi but no cable.
Close to rt 31 and 65.
This is towards Alabaster line.
House has w/d hook ups but none there atm.
First and security required to move in.
Credit and criminal background check will be performed at a fee of $30 which you will have to pay for if we agree after meeting this could work as well as proof of employment.
