We have a fully stocked kitchen, and are the kind of roommates who light candles and turn on fairy lights.

Plus roof access! And as a bonus your room will be completely separate from our bedrooms and shared bathroom, making your space extremely private and quiet as it faces a backyard.
As roommates we are considerate, good at communicating, and respectful of each other's space.
We remain on the cleaner end of clean but are also understanding and flexible according to each other's needs.
Nobody will get mad if you leave a plate in the sink for a day.
We’re only human baby and we're all busy.
No pets please, we already have two cats.

Unfortunately not wheelchair accessible and there is no elevator.
No laundry on sight but we do live within walking distance of multiple laundromats.
We are also near Franklin and Nostrand, two busy spots filled with restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
