There’s also a spacious living room with a large TV, a full body exercise machine, treadmill, pull-up bar, and more.
And don’t forget the wood-burning pizza oven on the coverd back porch! But the real gem is the backyard.
It’s vast and fenced, with four ponds, a fire pit, an outdoor wet bar, and even a movie theater.
There are also fruit trees, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
I’ve also invested thousands of dollars in Aquaponics and Hydroponics
gardening systems, so you can enjoy fresh, organic produce and Tilapia fish with minimal effort if you chose to take part in.
I’m hoping to find someone who would be interested in taking part in gardening and enjoying fresh food.
Couples are welcome, but rent is $400/month for two people.

pitch in for the costs if you do (usually just the price of soda and ice for the cooler, I currently have my events as potluck style) as well as help clean up, if you attend.
If you decide to have your own parties here, too, we would share the rent equally.
