$650 / 1br - Animal Friendly Roommate Needed(Female)

Hi! My husband and I own a home in a quiet neighborhood are looking to rent out one of our extra rooms.
The room is partially furnished with a queen size bed frame, mattress, dresser, and TV.
Because you would be sharing a full bathroom with another roommate, we are looking for a FEMALE only please.
We own 1 sociable dogs and 1 cat and would be ok with the tenent owning a friendly dog or cat or animals in tanks.
Tenant must be a non-smoker.
No firearms permitted.
You would have access to shared areas of the home including kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and backyard with lanai and small above-ground pool.
Parking is street parking only.
Lastly, we would be asking $650/month for the room (this includes utilities) and a $200 security deposit.
The term would be month to month unless something changed.
