We have two rooms 𝗧𝗘𝗫𝗧::: (𝟕𝟏𝟖) 𝟒𝟏𝟒-𝟔 𝟕 𝟎 𝟔 open for the month of January with the possibility of extending for February as well.
We are flexible on timing.
One of our roommates has moved out, and another is out of town for the month.
The smaller of the two rooms is $685, and the larger is $800, both furnished with a bed and with their own closet.
Apartment: This 3bd, 1 bath in Decatur, GA, on Valley Brook Rd, has hardwood floors (except for the kitchen and bathroom), a dishwasher, large windows, fire-escape looking out at the street, rooftop with a view of the Atlanta skyline, and a super responsive landlord.
Small kitchen, regular bathroom, and a big and beautiful living room!
Location: Our community is just minutes to, Downtown Atlanta, Charming Downtown Decatur, Emory University, Little 5 Points, DeKalb Farmers Market, Stone Mountain Park, Fernbank Museum/IMAX and North DeKalb Mall.
We have two laundromats, two grocery stores within walking distance, barbers + salons, nail salons, bodegas, bookstores, and bars.
Transportation: Walking distance to the Decatur Metro Station, and we are on the B54 bus line that gets you to the Decatur BART Station, Avondale MARTA Station, Decatur Medical Center, Emory University, and the CDC within walking distance.
Roommate: Our roommate who will be in the for January is in her early 30s, super friendly and kind, and born and raised in Atlanta.
She works full time and spends some of her time working from home and some time in the office.
