The renter would be the only person using this area.
There is access to the laundry and kitchen.
The utilities are included, but you would be responsible for food and toiletries.
I'm the owner and I occupy the upstairs.
I have an older dog, but he will not be permitted in the area that is for rent.
I prefer a female tenant, someone who has a steady source of income and references.
