What You Do
Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions such as Store Support and Visual.
Monitor all activities for the prevention of theft and fraud within the store and warehouse areas.
Assist in the preparation of the budget, analyze trends, and track gross margin as well as other finance-related tasks.
Assists with annual inventory and periodic cycle count.
Drives to house calls and assists with occasional deliveries - Must have clean MVR.
Assists in the training of new employees serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Visual Ambassador in the showroom.
What You Bring
Three years of experience in design or luxury retail environment minimum required with at least two years in a supervisor role preferred.
Knowledge of the design industry including knowledge of fabrics and applications and general design practices preferred.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Good computer skills – knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word required.
Ability to use general technical equipment such as phone, tablet, iPad, desktop, laptop, etc.
Problem-solving skills and a positive, professional demeanor are required.
