The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of assisting the PM in managing a portfolio of properties. They will have a proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, be a motivator, a good communicator, and a hands-on manager. · *Essential Functions* Assist a team of Property Managers with tenant relations and other related tasks, including, but not limited to reconciling tenant accounts, collections and tenant documentation management, etc. · Assist PM with budgeting and managing individual properties (medical, retail and office). · Assist Property Managers with preparation of contracts. Vendor coordination and oversight including service agreements, bidding, and COI’s · Assist with providing weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annual reporting to the client. Examples include property status reports, financial and operational reports and capex and marketing plans. · Working directly with vendors and maintenance engineers for all maintenance concerns, operations, etc. · Assist in performing periodic regular property inspections. Recommends alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as vital. · Assists in coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, and "walks-through" spaces with tenants and tenant improvement department. · Other tasks as we assign. Work is primary sedentary in nature.
