*Saturdays are required for this position*.
Week day hours are 8:30 am -5:30 pm and Saturday hours are 10 am-2 pm .
*Essential Functions*
· Developing and maintaining first-class customer service relationships with prospects and residents.
· Marketing to and communicating with prospects in person, over the telephone, and via email.
· Preparing marketing materials and distributing them to prospects and residents.
· Oversee and appear in social media and advertising content for the community.
· Closing the sale and securing leases.
· Editing leases and completing appropriate paperwork for prospects and residents.
· Uses the on-site property management software applications.
· Leasing incentive program to hit monthly leasing goals.
· Executes and performs activities in support of the community’s lease renewal program by preparing lease renewal letters and packages for residents, meeting with and contacting renewing residents in advance of move-out dates and ensuring that lease renewal documents are signed and implemented on time.
· Responds quickly and courteously to prospect and resident concerns and questions and takes prompt action to solve problems and/or document and convey resident or other requests to the appropriate individual(s).
· Assisting management in daily office operations; processing and maintaining property files, opening, and closing procedures, ETC.
· Planning, organizing, and conducting resident functions as needed.
· Effectively contributing to a team environment.
· Conducting tours of the community.
· Demonstrate daily care for the physical asset by ensuring grounds, amenities, and office are clean, free of debris, and immaculately maintained.
· Obtaining Fair Housing Certification.
*Additional Functions*
· Performs additional duties as assigned by the Community Director or Regional Director.
*Desired Skills and Experience*
· High School Diploma (some college preferred)
· Experience in multifamily residential, customer service, or other related industries.
· Outgoing and personable to establish relationships and market effectively.
· Self-starter; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Exceptional organizational skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve creatively.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Must be able to show and inspect apartments on multiple floors and access the varied terrain of the community; must be able to stand, walk, and sit alternately depending on specific needs of the day.
· Ability to operate Microsoft, including Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
