Drummer starting band

Looking to start a band to cover songs by Tom Petty, Bodeans, The Cult, The Call, Smithereens, etc.
Just any good songs really.
No metal or blast beats.
I am 56 yoa and semi-retired.
Been playing for about 40 years on/off.
Played in a few bands during college years and church since then.
I am getting back into playing more now and looking for singer, guitar, bass, keys, etc.
to play out once or twice a month, not just jam in the basement.
I have a place to get together and practice.
Prefer people that don't have to be drunk or on drugs to play (or smell like weed).
Age is not really an issue if you are a mature adult that can play/sing and don't bring drama with you.
