We are seeking a National Sales Manager for Moultrie Mobile who will focus on multiple strategic accounts. The National Sales Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing effective strategic plans to meet customer and company objectives. This role’s primary purpose is to expand and enhance established customer relationships through diligent relationship building and account growth. The National Sales Manager will establish the vision, set the course of action, and execute the business plan for each of their accounts. This position reports to the Director of Sales. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth for focus accounts. Works with demand planning team to develop accurate sales forecast and achieve account specified levels of forecast accuracy. By account, develop a seasonal/annual business plan that outlines growth, category, assortment distribution, and promotional objectives. Manages all trade funds and vendor agreements to include CO-OP, defective allowance, returns, markdown allowances, program specific allowances. Reviews market conditions to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates, analyzes and report on weekly sell-through. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall brand objectives. Advises clients concerning product, promotional, and advertising opportunities. Develops an influence approach that favorably positions Moultrie Mobile brand while addressing the shared goals of key accounts. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external resources to develop and manage the brand’s go-to-market strategies, programs, and marketing assets. Communicates vision to all relevant customers. Presents Moultrie Mobile products in a well-prepared business case through presentations and storytelling that show how they meet customer needs and provide value and benefit, beyond the features and benefits. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Monitors, evaluates, provides feedback on the activities and products of the competition and market landscape. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Business, or related field. (In lieu of degree may consider candidates with equivalent work experience.) 10+ years’ experience with a proven track record of successfully growing regional and chain customers. Strong customer relations background and sales experience in B2B environment. Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time. Strong drive to win and operate with a sense of urgency and accountability. Working in a highly visible team orientated environment focused on collaboration and winning. Must be comfortable with a flexible/high travel schedule to meet the needs of the business. Must maintain company confidentiality. Preferred Skills: A background in the hunting, fishing, or outdoor sporting goods market. Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and exceptional determination to win. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
