Key Responsibilities: *Financial Management:* 1. Bookkeeping: · Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations. · Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and adherence to accounting principles. 2. Financial Reporting: · Generate regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. · Provide financial insights to support decision-making and strategic planning. 3. Budget Management: · Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets for projects and organizational activities. · Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis. 4. Invoicing and Receivables: · Manage the invoicing process for clients and monitor accounts receivable. · Implement effective credit control measures to ensure timely payment. 5. Expense Management: · Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints. · Review and approve expense reports from various departments. 6. Tax Compliance: · Collaborate with external accountants to ensure timely and accurate tax filings. · Stay informed about tax regulations relevant to the solar industry. *Administration:* 7. Office Management: · Oversee general office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor relations. · Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment. 8. Team Coordination: · Coordinate administrative tasks across departments to facilitate smooth operations. · Work closely with HR for payroll processing and employee benefit administration. 9. Contract Administration: · Assist in the administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with financial terms and conditions. · Collaborate with legal and project management teams for contract review. 10.
