Assistant Manager Duties: - Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues - Train and develop sales associates to ensure excellent product knowledge and customer service skills - Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees - Oversee inventory control and stock management to ensure accurate stock levels - Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets - Collaborate with the store manager to create and implement effective marketing and promotional campaigns - Maintain a clean and organized store environment Experience: - Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is required - Proven experience in training and developing team members - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in inventory control and stock management is preferred - Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus - Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Join our team as an Assistant Manager and be part of a dynamic retail environment.
