com/p/iNKt3s1Z3T6hFimO YOUR MISSION As a Franchise Success Manager (FSM), you are responsible for collaborating with franchisees in all areas of operations optimization across a multi-unit territory of up to 60 locations.
You will partner with franchisees to analyze store performance, identify opportunities for growth, and increase efficiencies.
You work with franchisees to develop goals, strategies, and adapt strategies as necessary.
Through regular site visits and frequent communication, you will develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal and external factors of success.
In order to be successful in this role, you must be passionate about the success of Taziki's restaurants and their people, while also being able to communicate effectively and professionally to location managers, franchise operators, restaurant support center (RSC) staff and executive team members.
YOUR ACTIONS Evaluate how the restaurant is performing compared to company policies and procedures, analyze sales and cost data, and provide specific customized direction to improve in these areas Conduct quarterly business reviews with franchisees and the executive leadership team to see growth potential and areas of opportunity Provide guidance to franchisees to grow their business both within the local community in store and through online sales and delivery Build Store Relations by visiting all assigned restaurants at least quarterly depending on performance level, communicating with franchisees via voicemail, e-mail, territory meetings, individual franchise meetings and written communications Build Franchisee Relationships in order to be recognized as an asset to the business by conducting business reviews, evaluating performance trends, and examining store profitability to determine priorities and most effective approach with franchisees Reinforce brand standards and quality standards based on results of conducted TSAs through collaboration with assigned Standards & Brand Coaches Work with franchisees on timely resolution of compliance issues and foster a culture of accountability and proactivity Partner with franchisees to identify sales building opportunities; assist franchisees in setting goals and implementing supporting tactics to reach targeted goals.
Liaise with franchisees and marketing to maintain suitable local marketing initiatives Coordinates with training team on field training initiatives Assist with new store setup and organization and grand opening procedures as needed Build and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders (corporate team, franchisees, and vendors) and leverage those relationships to yield positive business outcomes Maintain and promote a positive brand image based on Mission Statement, Core Values and Company Objectives Follow company policies, uphold professional standards, and perform all work in a manner respectful of others Provide leadership and operational solutions at a strategic level during visits and meetings YOUR RESULTS Write and execute an efficient and fiscally responsible quarterly schedule Manage travel costs by booking travel a minimum of 14 days in advance Coordinate and conduct Business Success Visits based on Total Store Assessment (TSA) performance results Determine effective business strategies by identifying growth needs of franchisee and individual store locations to increase profitability Professional, clear, and constructive Business Success visit summary completed and sent within 48-72 business hours post-audit Support and model all sales initiatives for all restaurants through operational execution and compliance with marketing initiatives Utilize Paycor for interdepartmental and cross departmental projects Utilize ClickUp for individual task and cross departmental project management Utilize Quest for all training and operational standards YOUR WORK CONDITIONS/HOURS/TRAVEL ● Flexible schedule requiring minimum 55-hours weekly of moderate physical activity.
Schedule will vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays Weekly travel may be expected for this position.

Requires reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, and must be able to lift a minimum of 30-pounds to chin level without injury.
