Established law firm seeks professional Immigration Law Paralegal to work between 35-40 hours per week in office location in Hoover, AL.
Must have *EXPERIENCE* with family-based immigration petitions including I-130, I-485, VAWA, U-Visas, 601 Waivers, and removal defense motions and other immigration related pleadings, and MUST HAVE IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL EXPERIENCE, in interacting with various *Immigration Courts* and with *USCIS.
*Seeking a professional that has long term plans to grow with the firm to a possible full-time position, a full-time position may be offered to the right candidate.
Must be professional and be fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written skills.
