What You'll Do
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to assist with personal injury pre-litigation and some litigation cases.
The position will support one to three attorney(s) by providing clerical and research support services including document preparation and review, interviewing clients and witnesses, research, investigations, fact checking, and trial preparation.
This position will require direct contact with clients, providers, insurance companies and someone who can handle a fast-paced environment.
What You Need
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters.
Successful candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
Personal Injury experience (Required)
FileVine or Case Management System knowledge (Preferred)
