Work you'll do
As a Manager in Legal Business Services supporting our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) practice, you will lead a team of experienced professionals to help clients transform and efficiently manage all aspects of the contract lifecycle, leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning and other technologies.
You will contribute directly to delivering first class consultative services to our clients, and your support of the engagement lifecycle will include engagement leadership, sales and pursuit support, eminence, legal management consulting, legal process assessment, solution design, service delivery, and coaching and mentoring junior practitioners.
Additional responsibilities may include:
Manage delivery of large, complex or multiple smaller simultaneous client engagements, including Icertis Implementations
Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects
Responsible for the development of business and vendor relationships
Manage pursuit teams focused on new opportunities and manage /deliver aspects of the proposal development process
Responsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plans
Manage day-to-day interactions with clients and Deloitte team
Establish relationships in strategic client positions; lead, and facilitate these relationships
Display both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues
Provide counselling/coaching, leadership and support for delivery teams and staff
Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process
The desired candidate is professional and self-motivated with strong written and oral communication skills.
Qualifications
Required:
6+ years of CLM, Forensic, Investigative, and/or Discovery industry related experience
2-5 years of experience in the areas of Contract Lifecycle Management(CLM)including, Contract Data Migration, Template Rationalization, Contract Processes, and CLM Technologies
2+ years in a technical or functional lead role
Icertis Implementation Experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience mentoring and coaching others
Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Experience managing mid-level client relationships
Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience
Proven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business
Experience in 1 or more of the following technologies:
Contract Lifecycle Management and Extraction: Kira Systems, Seal Software, Eigen, Exari, Icertis, Apttus, Oracle, SAP Ariba,
Proficiency with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, Visio
Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
JD or MBA

This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Nevada, New York State, and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 124,950 to $197,838.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
