Responsibilities: - Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues - Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs - Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings - Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients - Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases - Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (J.
D.
