We are looking to add an experienced litigation secretary to our team.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Significant knowledge of court rules, calendaring, e-filing and procedures
* Preparing and filing legal documents (Alabama federal and state courts, and a willingness to become familiar with requirements of other jurisdictions)
* Gathering supporting documents for pleadings, discovery and motion preparation
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Strong analytical and organizational skills; as well as close attention to detail
* Proficient computer skills
* Experience with Chrome River, iManage, and Intapp is a plus
* Candidates should be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-structured setting.
