*WOODLAND PARK CHRISTIAN LEARNING CENTER* *Job Title: Curriculum & Compliance Manager* *Supervisor: Executive Director* *FLSA Status: Exempt* The Curriculum and Compliance Manager shall be responsible for the oversight of our academic programs and compliance with state regulations, organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
This position reports to the Executive Director.
*Duties* * Assists the Executive Director in the administration and development of innovative solutions to improve student and worker outcomes * Assists the Executive Director with student and staff recruitment * Manages daily work schedules of staff members * Supervises the daily functions of a team to ensure effective and efficient daily operations * Serves as the academic coach, trainer, and mentor for the teaching staff to ensure the delivery of a quality early childhood academic program that is focused on kindergarten readiness; teaches or co-teaches in early childhood classrooms as needed * Ensures documentation of student progression (outcome reports); supervises children's developmental and other assessments, including weekly observations in each area, examples of the child's work, etc.
* Monitors tracking procedures for early intervention services and referrals * Ensures that staff members understand and adhere to DHR regulations * Ensures that staff remain current with professional development requirements * Provides input to the Executive Director during the performance evaluation process * Oversees organization and maintenance of the Teacher Resource Room * Prioritizes and identifies classroom, facility, and playground supplies, materials, and equipment needs * Oversees inventory management * Facilitates the monthly food program report submissions * Monitors social media to assist the Director with brand management * Other duties as assigned *Minimum Qualifications* * Associate’s degree in child development and early childhood education * Minimum of 15 years of professional childcare experience * Able to clear a full background check * Must be emotionally intelligent and possess or be willing to learn effective people management skills * Able to work well with others (co-workers, children, and parents) to foster a collaborative, supportive, compassionate, and peaceful organizational culture * Must be technologically proficient, _i.
