UAB researchers are conducting a research study to evaluate the effects of extended-release Naltrexone and monthly extended-release Buprenorphine for reducing cocaine craving and use in frequent cocaine users. If you decide to participate in this study and are eligible, you will be randomly assigned to take either the study treatment or the placebo (a non-medication lookalike) over the course of 8 weeks.
