Hwy 280 hit and run (Chelsea)

Did anyone see a white GMC Chevy pickup truck cut in front of Infinity SUV? The Coward hit the suv and sped off with there black bumper piece hanging.
I want his tag number or his place of residence.
I have his receipt that is owed to him.
He cowardly took off and made a right at the red light at the circle K next to Winn Dixie on 39.
This happened around 11:30am he almost killed my grandmother and my kids and kept driving.
He has it coming to him and I’m gonna find him.
White GMC which the left side of his rear bumper messed up.
