Scotts Mower Built by John Deer.
Engine will only turn 3/4 of a turn and locks.
Was running but had a leak a friend replaced the oil pan and seal and was spinning over but does not now.

It comes with a complete double bagging system.
Everything seems complete and in good shape other than the engine not running.
