** This is a 4’x8’ quail hutch with covered egg rollout which can be used for breeding Coturnix quail or housing laying hens.
It can hold up to 100-125 Coturnix.
It has an automatic feed and water system which can hold up to 50 lbs of food and 10 gallons of water at the time, minimizing labor and maintenance.
It has 3 access doors with lockable hardware for each door.
The egg rollout has 2 doors that can be opened to gain access of up to 400-500 eggs which protects them from predators and the elements.
All wood was soaked in Linseed oil once completed.
We are only selling because we are in the city limit and found out we are not zoned to keep them.
