General Description
Supervise and assist MORE peer mentors in the process of creating lessons, events, managing a budget, and delegating necessary tasks to ensure the mentors are establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with their mentees.

Essential Job Duties
1.
Assist with scheduling, organizing responsibilities, and emails for the International Student Advisory Committee;
2.
Assist with monitoring the Student Inclusion Email along with coordinating requests from the email;
3.
Assist with the promotion of Friendship Partners’ services and events through posting flyers, sending emails, and assisting with student recruitment;
5.
Assist with administrative tasks for the Hispanic Student Organization such as assisting with promotion of events, making posts, and assisting with orders;
6.
Assist with administrative tasks for the Multicultural Student Organization such as promoting events, sending emails, and assisting with orders;
7.
Assist with other duties as necessary for the Minority Student Council, M.
A.
D.
E.
Program, or any of our recruitment or retention initiatives.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
Must be enrolled in UM course of study.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
-Must possess strong oral and written communication skills

-Leadership and persuasion skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office products or similar software
