Swim Lesson Instructor

_Swim Lesson Instructor_ Swim Lesson Instructors are contracted individuals who conduct private swim lessons with individuals at least 2 years of age surrounding water safety, survival swimming skills, and pre-swim team techniques utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis.
_Supervisor:_ Community Engagement Coordinator * Conduct 1:1 swim lessons with individuals at least 2 years of age for 8 consecutive weeks utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis * Provide direct instruction to caregiver(s) regarding activities for generalization of skills and maintenance of water safety skills * Complete billing documentation for session implementation * Attend annual trainings on implementation of applied behavior analysis to movement program * Lifeguard and CPR Certification * At least 18 years of age * Pass a national background check * Pass a drug screening * Maintain Lifeguard certification * Maintain CPR and First Aid certifications * Ability to pass randomized drug screenings * Completion of FREEDOM Therapies General Onboarding within 5 business days * Completion of FREEDOM Therapies Swim Lesson competency assessment within 5 business days Job Types: Contract, Temporary Pay: $12.
