Program Coordinator II
Under minimal supervision, this position will coordinate administrative, personnel and logistical support for a defined department program (s), often of a large and/or complex nature.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Scheduling regular, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc meetings for Principal Investigator for all study staff across multiple study sites.
Serves as delegate to access Principal Investigator's email and calendar
Preparing, updating, and distributing meeting agendas for all study staff across multiple study sites.
Recording and distributing meeting minutes for all study staff across multiple study sites
Checking email daily and corresponding on behalf of the Principal Investigator.
Preparing and editing documents for the Principal Investigator using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
Taking dication from and typing for the Principal Investigator
Enter action items into task management database for all Cognitive Aging Lab staff
Carries out established program objectives and directives.
Follows established guidelines or protocols.
Determines the best approach to accomplish assignments.
May participate in program planning and in setting program objectives.
May supervise support staff.
May act as a communication liaison and special events planner.
Interfaces with outside resources such as volunteers, alumni, patients, other professionals in a defined field or with continuing education students.
May be responsible for adherence to program budget and/or other fiscal duties.
May assist with grant and contract preparation and submission.
May handle data management
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Work Characteristics
Excellent keyboarding skills.
Computer literate in: Windows, Microsoft Word, MS Teams, Box, Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and internet browsers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Assertive to speak up in group meetings and asks for clarification.
Excellent organizational skills.
Detail oriented.
Reads and follows written directions, asks for clarification as needed.
Hourly Range: $18.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field
And one (1) year of related experience required.
OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
