Financial Aid Advisor

The Financial Aid Advisor is primarily responsible for answering inbound and outbound financial aid calls daily as well as the continuation of answering LQ and PV calls.
This person is required to stay up-to-date with changes to Federal Financial Aid regulations and policies.
The Financial Aid Advisor is responsible for delivering quality customer service as well as to efficiently and effectively relay accurate financial aid information to the client in accordance with our contractual obligations to our clients.
*DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:* · Answer inbound and outbound calls daily for both Financial Aid, Placement Verification and Lead Qualification clients · Deliver quality customer service to the client · Relay accurate financial aid information · Continually develop and enhance Financial Aid knowledge and skills · Maintain adherence to company Quality standards (FA, LQ, PV) · Notify Floor Supervisors and/or Operations Managers of any trending issues · Ability to communicate with team members as well as management · Maintain positive attitudes when speaking with the client · Perform other duties as assigned *SKILL REQUIREMENTS* ¨ Prompt and dependable ¨ Ability to assess, summarize and resolve specific concerns ¨ Ability to relay accurate and timely information ¨ Ability to lead, direct, and motivate others ¨ Ability to communicate and make decisions effectively ¨ Comfortable taking direction ¨ Have the ability to work well as a team member ¨ Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic ¨ Problem Solver Job Type: Full-time Pay: $29,120.
