Dance Instructor

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team.
As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching dance techniques and choreography to students of various ages and skill levels.
Your role will involve creating a positive and engaging learning environment where students can develop their dance skills and express their creativity.
Duties: - Develop and implement dance lesson plans based on the needs and abilities of the students - Teach dance techniques, including ballet, jazz, hip-hop, tap, and contemporary - Choreograph dance routines for performances and competitions - Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their dance skills - Organize and lead rehearsals for performances - Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to plan and coordinate dance events - Ensure the safety of students during dance classes and performances - Maintain a clean and organized dance studio Experience: - Previous experience as a Dance Instructor or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of various dance styles and techniques - Experience working with children of different age groups - Ability to effectively manage behavior in a classroom setting - Knowledge of curriculum development for dance programs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
